Shipping Policy
Here at Fig & Grace we post next working day via Yodel Direct which aims to deliver in 2-3 working days. All orders processed before 12pm should be posted that day.
However if you are requiring the order in a rush we do offer and recommend Express postage via Royal Mail Guaranteed by 1pm the next day delivery which is an option on all our check outs.
Return & Exchange Policy
Here at Fig & Grace we accept returns within 14 days of the products arrival with you. However we can only accept returns which are unopened, unused and in original packaging. Any of our Cosmetic range items must be returned in the original packaging with the seals/labels intact.
The original postage costs along with the postage cost to return the item will remain with the purchaser. If an express delivery service or similar was originally used to send the goods, then this will not be refunded.
Returns will be processed within 5 to 6 working days and refunded via Paypal in accordance to its return policy.

Any item returned to us in an unsaleable condition may not be eligible for a refund or be subject to a reduction in the refund value.

Any item that arrives to the customer damaged or in an unsatisfactory condition will be exchanged or refunded. If you think something may be damaged in the post please photograph any damage noticed and email us immediately with the photos.

Here at Fig & Grace we are governed by the Consumer Contracts Regulations that came into force on 13 June 2014:
Which states that customers have 14 days after the day on which the goods come into the physical possession of the consumer or the person that he/she asks you to deliver the goods to cancel their order.
